A day or so ago I watched a short news clip of President Obama speaking at meeting of business leaders, about a National Crisis we have in our job creation – market.
As background I would like to note that an underlying problem we have in the United States started during the time Presidency of John F. Kennedy: Kennedy was not the problem, but he was also not a solution to the problem. At that time I was a technical literature indexer-searcher employed by the Sylvania company’s Mountain View, California based Electronic Defense Laboratory (EDL) as the supervisor of their Classified (Military – DOD) documents library with a of 10-person staff supporting an operation doing Electronic Warfare equipment development under contract with a military department.
At that time it was common knowledge in that environment that the Russians were doing very little basic research of their own but instead relyed almost entirely on their surveillance of worldwide open (unclassified) literature and writing writings. In the Scientific Community it seems there has, probably always, been perhaps an ego and economics driven compulsion of scientific and academic researchers to publish (Publish or Perish). My earlier first civilian job was with Washington, D.C. based Documentation, Inc., who were sponsored by a U.S. Navy Department Contract, doing similar scanning of open – unclassified literatures for writings applicable to advanced thinking and technology of Submarine and Aircraft instrumentation (My prior training was as a Naval Aviator and Helicopter Pilot and as an Aviation Weather forecaster (I was a Professional Member of The American Meteorlogial Society at that time).
When President Johnson replaced the assassinated President Kennedy there was an immediate shift, in the United States, away from doing virtually any basic research. For example, Sylvania, the Parent company of my then employer was just completing a very modern research facility, located in the Foothills (Los Altos) South of San Francisco; That work was nearly complete when work on that facility was summarily terminated, and that facility stood vacant for many year (Believe there was then an intervening bankruptcy).
Another very fundamental problem was also developing at that time: That is and still is the Monopolistic tactic of Leveraged Buyout wherein the assets of the buyout target are used as the collateral to make the purchase. That development was headed by a man, I believe his name was Allen Green (not sure of that name) who was then the Head of Litton Industries; again, his claim to fame was that of being a leading Leverage Buyout expert. His Litton Industries had just completed such a buyout of my next employer, Mountain View California based Mellonics Systems Development. Again, this was and remains a Monopolistic Scheme of Doing Leveraged Buyouts, of both small and also of very large corporations, for Example LTV Steel in South Chicago. These companies doing the Leveraged Buyouts were headed up by Directors and Senior Managers that collectively appeared to be a part of an International ‘Big Boys Club’. As individuals heading up the merged corporate product they have and continue today to play musical chairs, swapping out positions of privilege, such as our recently former President (George W. Bush).
These corporately merged products (the buyout victims) of the Leveraged Buyouts are then systematically strip of all their liquid assets and then their abandoned remains are bankrupt, including their physical properties (which are often severely impaired with environmentally polluted properties which then require taxpayer funded site cleanup), and the then jobless former employees who have been robbed of their valuable jobs and their pensions, as well as shareholders with minor holding (but collectively, the majority of the stockholder interest) all being left with nothing.
These ill-gotten liquid assets are then systematically invested offshore, outside the taxing jurisdiction of the United States with the related jobs and valuable job skills then permanently lost to the United States.
The elimination of the pre-Ronald Reagan Graduated Tax Formula created a problem which was and continues to be progressively compounded by Former Governor and Then President Ronald Reagan, President George H. W. Bush (Bush1) and finally President George W. Bush (Bush2). Ronald Reagan with the backing of his principle employer, General Electric attained the passage of Proposition 13, which basically defunded virtually all public infrastructure projects in California (I was born in and then was living in California at that time) which lead to the Bankruptcy of The State Of California, which bankruptcy continues to this date, now after having been compounded to now about 23 Trillion Dollars under the Governorship of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Then under the Presidencies of Ronald Reagan, and Bush1 and Bush2 the successive reductions of taxes on the ‘ultra rich’, and the related Legislative and Judicial Sellouts have dramatically compounded the resulting acceleration of our National Debt, and facilitated the deliberate (I believe Unpatriotic, Anarchistic, and Tresonistic) defunding of our federal state and local governments. An example of the consequences of this defunding is the recent Gulf oil spill disaster: The de-staffing of our regulatory agencies makes us totally vulnerable to limitless such disasters. (I have noted before, with postings on my personal website, www.hermanosborne.com that in my opinion, an Unregulated Free Enterprise System is absolutely the Worst form of government. It exposes us to the very worst of our human nature. I am a very strong advocate of Responsible, hence Regulated, Free Enterprise, and further I believe that a strong and true Christian belief and practice has been and will be THE DETERMINING FACTOR of what we individually and THE UNITED STATES will be in the future.)
Then a final note on the background for this commentary is the unfair balance of trade deficit we subject our United States to. Virtually all of our trading partners impose very heavy tariffs on our domestically produce products, whereas we have very few economic restrictions on imports to the United States. This is insane. I believe we must immediately begin imposing tariffs on all imports, and those tariffs should be sufficient to fully offset our costs of domestically producing and competitively marketing products that are now being imported. We need to level the playing field for our domestic United States business community.
(Recently, Donald Trump commented on the taxation on our domestic producers noting that as a billionaire he has no need to live in the United States and incur taxes; he and other billionaires can and are free to simply live anywhere in the world as they choose.) So, I believe, these unpatriotic, anarchistic and treasonistic individuals ((billionaires, and their fellow travelers, which again in my opinion, include virtually all of the ‘Tea Partiers’, and Rupert Murdock and all his owned entities, particularly Fox News, including virtually all of their Staffers and Commentators)) continue to scoff at patriotic Americans.
Patriotic Americans, in my opinion need to become activists themselves championing what is good for The United States of America.)
First, because of the permanent loss of jobs to offshore producers (due to the factors noted above) and the bankruptcy and destruction of our domestic physical manufacturing and production facilities, we no longer have a present capacity or ability to recreate a significant number of similar jobs to accommodate those 10’s of millions who are now unemployed. The cause of these losses have been evolving over the last five (5) decades. They are conditions that cannot be corrected in the short tenure that President Obama has had or may have as President; but I do believe there is likely no person alive who could do a better job than President Obama is doing. I thank him for his service as our President.
Now, back to my subject of Education: Mediocrity vs. Excellence, and the essence of what I believe President Obama was correctly presenting as it relates to the National Crisis we are facing now in our ‘job creation – market’.
Within my own, and that of my extended family I observe validating experience supporting President Obama’s analysis. President Obama noted that the employers he was addressing were looking for and not finding graduating United State citizen candidates for the skilled positions they are seeking to fill. He noted that, in effect, today’s college students are largely unwilling to study hard enough and long enough to complete degrees in what he defined as ‘stem’ subjects, which is what our domestic employers need but are not finding domestically.
I myself completed only two years of college before enlisting after Christmas of 1952. By the time I got out of the service I had a wife and (then) two children to support and did not have the resources to continue my education, though I tried. This educational deficit eventually proved fatal to my employability, and as a result I was compelled to work at selling, which I obviously was ill suited for and was then never financially successful at. A number of the members in my own and my extended family did complete degrees, but to my knowledge only a couple completed degrees in employable ‘stem’ subjects, and the rest have had similar employability issues as I have had.
In my own extended family most have, as President Obama noted, never tried or have dropped out of ‘stem’ curriculums; not an encouraging situation. It seems obvious to me that anyone who first completes a degree in a ‘stem’ discipline then in a most advantageous position to pursue a business or management position above and beyond that ‘stem’ discipline. For myself, I believe it would be a smart move to first complete a ‘stem’ degree in mathematics, physics, medical, education, journalism, some engineering (etc.) and similar disciplines. I do not believe that areas such as law, business administration, marketing, art, music, coaching, sports, agriculture, health care, therapy, financial, bookkeeping, etc. constitute valuable ‘stem’ degrees but I do believe they could be very valuable add-on studies and degrees.

In this Post I would like to touch on a couple of ‘Theological’ issues that I think everyone in the United States Cheap Cialis and for that matter The World need to consider.

First, The Christian Bible, particularly in Revelations makes it clear that Our GOD, the God of Jesus Christ, speaking thru Jesus, as written in the Christian Bible, tells us, his people, that Jesus is and is to be our KING on Earth and in Heaven: and that Our GOD will only hear our prayers when they are made in the name of Jesus. Further Jesus tells us that those who are only luke warm for him he will spit out; :and like those who deny him here on earth during mortal life He will not hear their pleas or calls for help or forgiveness once they pass from this mortal life; In other words they will not have eternal life with HIM but rather will face eternal condemnation in HELL.

It is, I believe, beyond belief that any and all Religions that deny the Deity of Jesus Christ, for example those of Jewish, Muslim and any other Religions who reject the Deity of Christ, can consider themselves to be among ‘The Chosen People’ or harbor any delusions or hope of salvation. Further, I would doubt the salvation of any who knowingly chose ‘Heretical’ Religions, such as Mormons, and further any Religions that tolerate homosexual practices in their pastorates and particularly those who shield sexual abusers of children.

I do believe the Christian Bible makes it clear that we as Christians DO NOT HAVE the Authority to pass judgment on our fellow man; that he GOD reserves that right only to himself, and he has appointed Jesus to execute that Judgment WHEN we come before Jesus. However, I do accept that we are charged with the responsibility of SHARING GOD’s word with all who have the heart to listen; even there it is HE, GOD who will turn those hearts and also only he will reap the harvest of those souls, not us mortals.

I have been brought to share this ‘opinion’ by a recent e-mail exchange that I just had with a very dear friend/person whom I have known at a distance for many years; he is now 88 years old. The exchange follows:

(From me to my Friend): Am not familiar with the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. The late J. Vernon McGee is my adopted mentor theologically speaking; He retired from the pulpit at age 65, and then continue his ministry with his program ‘Thru The Bible Radio’ right up to his passing at age 86 (in I believe that was 1986). I started listening to that ministry on my morning drive to work at the Chicago Truck Center, where I was a Truck salesman. That ministry continues both by Radio, international thru Trans World Radio; and for quite a number of years now also on the internet at www.ttb.org. I am totally convicted by that ministry, though since I met my present wife, I attend church with her at our local church (A Christian Reform Church) – before that I attended church with my then wife, beginning while I was stationed at the Oppama, Japan at the U.S. Marine Corps Helicopter facility there in 1955, with our Marine Corps Lutheran Chaplin, and then over those years at Lutheran Churches were ever we lived – My first wife’s widowed mother and her family were rather devout Lutherans, a faith that I was very comfortable with also. Formerly this local Christian Reform Church was in South Holland, but now is in Dyer where that congregation has grown to well over 3,000 members. J. Vernon McGee basically, in my opinion, has what amounts to a Christian Seminary on his www.ttb.org website and in his related books, audio and video tapes of his TTB or Thru The Bible program (they dropped the Radio part of the name for their Internet ministry). Anyway, Dr/Pastor. McGee’s ministry is fully documented on the website, and previously on his tapes and books: His ministry is an expository reading of the entire Christian Bible verse by verse, which takes 5 years; then continues to repeats there-after; supplemented by numerous of McGee’s inspiring and intense sermons recorded up until very close to the date of his passing. His is a Bible Readers Ministry. McGee insisted that that we all need and profit by a continuous ‘communion’ with our fellow church members, which he refers to as a ‘Communion Of The Saints’ and encouraged his members to maintain membership in a bible reading local church. I feel greatly enriched by both McGee’s Ministry and also by the Ministry at a local church; both are Christian Bible Reading ministries..

Second, About 20 years ago a Presbyterian Minister by the name of Peter Marshall put together a series of 4 VHS Videos, which I have, that run about a total of about eight hours, in which he documents the Christian Roots of the Founding Fathers of the United States; that starts with Christopher Columbus and runs up thru our founding revolution and up to the then present day.: It is a convincing portrayal that our Christian God had control of the entire process that led up to the founding of our United States, and equally demonstrates that THIS GOD will cease to bless This Nation as we fall away from honoring him.

I think it is well that you feel so good about your own Fellowship.

Anarchy vs Freedom – Jobs vs Business Creation:

For several years I have been attracted to the reporting and discussions on Fox News. Start with Bill OReilly’s ‘Factor’ – ‘No Spin Zone’: Really!!. Then take Glenn Beck. Please!.

I believe Truths and Half Truths buried in a blinding array of distortions in fact become LIES. I end up not knowing who to believe. It appears to me, though, that we do have a President now who has no experience, knowledge or interest in the History of the Evolution of Our United States of America.

I do sense that Glenn Beck has an honest, deep and sincere interest in presenting the Historical Facts of Our Nations Evolution. And for the most part, I believe he correctly portrays Obama’s willful and dangerous ignorance of those historical facts. I find it hard not to admire Obama’s ability to eloquently present his ever changing positions; but it is equally hard to ignore the impact of his slutty diseased parentage which has blended Muslim, Marxist and superficial Christian theologies and beliefs into a hodge-podge of unintelligent domestic and foreign Buy Cialis policies.

It is a bold faced lie, I believe, to say that we are or ever have been a ‘Democracy’; Our Founding fathers had the then recent history of France’s attempt at Democracy and choose not to repeat that horrible experience with the resulting Anarchy. We are, or were, intended to be a ‘Representative Republic’, and specifically not a Democracy. Glenn Beck and Fox News’ attempt to create and ram their ‘Tea Party’ down our throats is an example of their fighting fire with fire.

What I find missing in Fox New’s treatment in total is virtually any responsible discussion of what our real ‘Jobs’ problem is. ‘Progressive Radio’s’ Hartman and Schultz have, in mind, pretty well identified a presented the solution to our Jobs and business creation problem in this country, though even they don’t appear to really understand the source of the problem.

Our problem, in my opinion, is not a shortage of wealth in this country or the world, but rather in our failure to properly tax that wealth. But before we tax, we need to address a more basic problem and that is fair world trade. The United States is virtually the only nation in the world that does not tax imports with tariffs; every one else taxes our import to their country, but we don’t reciprocate to our favor. (We also need a National/Federal Single Payer Health Care System to remove that monkey from the backs of our business community, etc.) Therefore, domestically we cannot compete in a world market. Then we come back to our root problem: While the trend predates Ronald Reagan his (and therefore Our) STUPID Tickle Down Theory lead to the abandonment of our ‘Progressive’ Income Tax Structure wherein the individuals profiting most from our economy are required to, proportionately to their benefit, pay the bulk of the taxes that support our economy. (This was coupled in Reagan’s administration, with the dramatic gutting – de-staffing, of our regulatory agencies resulting in the abuses that lead to the financial crisis – depression; and to the lack of monitoring of safety standards, that in turn lead to problems such as our present Gulf Oil Leak crisis. And this is just the tip of the iceberg that is coming on us.)

Now, an even more fundamental problem exists in our governmental processes, and that is the negative influence of paid lobbyist, individual and corporate, on our legislative, judicial and executive branches of government. We simply must outlaw all paid lobbying, individual and corporate advertising/lobbying, in our political processes.

And if our banking and financial institutions will not lend to our business community, instead of investing in the securities markets, then those institutions should be banished/shutdown immediately.

As a part of all this we need to make white-collar crime subject to a death penalty punishment, like China does.

And as ‘Forrest Gump’ would say, That is all I have to say (for now)

I would insist that there is a common public interest/need that overrides any personal or states right, which mandates participation of every resident of this nation.

It is, in my mind, criminally irresponsible for any individual or state not to pay for (on a means testing basis) and be included in health (insurance) coverage.

I do not believe there is a better way to pay for this than with a FEDERAL SINGLE PAYER System that would include its cost in our individual FICA payment.

I believe that all caps on those payments should be removed, and the rates should be progressive and sufficient to cover all cost of all care.

You asked a number of questions. I shall take the risk they were sincere queries rather than rhetorical. So, here we go.

Connecticut [381 U.S. 479(1965)] [166, 189, 323], which first gave expansive definition to a citizen’s fundamental right to privacy. Or, historically, we could go back to Union Pacific Railway Co. v. Botsford [141 U.S. 250 (1891)] as the first time the Supreme Court recognized a citizen’s privacy as a bulwark against the power of the State.

No. I do not believe it does. Unfortunately, as is so often the case, Congress has taken a foolish and ill-informed path toward a noble objective. Congress has used the bludgeon, which largely fuels even further a broad distrust of government. I could continue and expand this line of reasoning, however, please allow me to take a different tack.

If a citizen can refuse participation in the health care system, can hospitals, doctors and nurses refuse treatment for such individuals with life-threatening injuries or illnesses? If so, how does the medical establishment pre-identify non-participating citizens from covered citizens?

Further, I am troubled by what this “mandated” approach does to the triage process. The new legislation removes limit caps. Does that mean a terminally ill citizen can expect or demand billions of dollars of life-sustaining treatment? How are we to decided what is reasonable and what is not? These questions have troubled me, and I do not see any effort to resolve these real world situations.

What Congress has done is a small, albeit historically symbolic, move toward the objective, but it is a woefully inadequate step on what should be a long journey toward the objective.

I just wonder whether this legislation will stand the inevitable test; my hunch is, it will; we have accepted Social Security for 75 years; I suspect the Court will say, we’re pregnant! We have long accepted Federally mandated programs. This one is no different from Social Security or Medicare.

Response to Newt Gingrich’s treatment in today’s Human Events:

What is so different about the use of Reconciliation by the Democrats today vs by the Republicans when you were in Congress? As you are something of a Constitutional Authority, is it not true that our Founding Fathers, collectively, feared rule by hysterical masses; such as, I believe, Fox News and it’s Anarchistic Lackey’s such as yourself, Bob Morris, Ann Coulter, Charles Kraughthammer, etc. etc. and then particularly Bill O’Reillly, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Meagan Kelly and pretty much the entire Fox crew and their recurring ‘Guests’, virtually all of whom are putting sadistic twists to their ‘Fair and Balance’ treatments most generally to drive ratings for their own ‘Books and Programs’. They, our Founding Fathers, had reference to the French Revolution and its resulting Democracy which immediately lead to total Anarchy, which is where, I fear, This Anarchistic Fox News crowd is driving the United States right now.

Why do you all continue to ignore that our problem is not that we as a nation do not have the income/wealth to fund our government without deficit spending. But rather that our government is now totally controlled by BIG BUSINESS, BIG PHARMA, INSURANCE AND BANKING entities, DOCTORS, HOSPITAL and LAWYERS and other Special Interest Groups through their PAC Moneys who have totally bribed/bought the votes of our Legislators, (and through our Legislators) our Judiciary, and our Government Administrators at all levels. All in an apparently Incurable Criminal Conspiracy to destroy our Nation.

You find it convenient to ignore that our present spiraling deficit was started by Ronald Reagan as he was campaigning for Big Business (in his case his then employer, GE. The LIE was that reducing taxes on the wealth would lead to more job creation, misleading his willfully ignorant audience, the Middle American/Small Business voters, because the majority of Blue Collar and Poverty Level Citizens are to damn busy working to be able to follow the treachery being perpetrated on them – for the most part they do not have or take the time to vote.. In fact there was not then and never was any logical reason that this Reagan trickle down theory would work. In-fact it served only to populate the beaches of the world with the lavish wealth released; and started our Nation, States and Local Entities on a continuing ‘Economic Death Spiral’. I am a Californian by birth and was a resident there when Reagan was elected Governor and took the state into a state of bankruptcy that continues to this date (Proposition 13 being the enabling legislation). He then as President continued this folly reducing taxes to the point of absurdity which has continued thru both Bush administrations, which included your time in Congress..

What I think is so obvious is that when as a nation we do not pay our bills by forfeiting taxes on wealth then no public entity (President or administration, Federal, State, or local) can sustain itself on deficit spending,

‘Fox News and its Lackeys’ have whipped up mass hysteria with their innuendo’s, half truths and outright lies to the point that for the moment public opinion appears to be against health care reform. This is exactly the Anarchy that our Founding Fathers foresaw in a True Democratic process. This, I believe, is particularly aggravated by the near total immorality of this segment of the electorate (The Middle American Voter). They willing expect and demand the benefits of our Society, but refuse to pay the taxes that support this Society. (They have no problem raiding their neighbors orchard.) This is, again, exactly why our Founding Fathers opted for a Government by Representation vs a True Democracy. Of course because we also now have a near Totally Incurably Corrupt Legislative and Judicial Branches of our government, I fear we are near a point of total collapse of our country and that could very likely trigger a necessary Militarization of our entire government.

It is really a sad time when these, I believe, traitorous anarchist that I refer to as ‘Fox News and its Lackeys’ ravage our nation because they object to paying taxes in a fair proportion to their profits from Buy cheap online Provigil living in this country, while they ignore or at best give insincere lip service to the death, pain and financial and emotional suffering so many in our military services have and continue incur to defend our/their freedoms and our nation. A couple of nights ago Bill O’Reilly’s melt down illustrates to me how callous and shallow this whole crew is. They for the most part have never in their lives put their lives on the line to defend this nation and are pretty much solely focused on their own narcissistic interest: Their rage at paying taxes suggests they would gladly kill/murder anyone who opposes them. They are frightening.

With regard to the popular issue of the day, Health Care Reform, I believe it is a deliberate LIE to say that a FEDERAL SINGLE PAYER SYSTEM is to expensive. Far in excess of 40% of our present Health Care Costs under Private insurance is a total waste; Private Insurance brings absolutely nothing to the table; that money would more than cover the total cost of a Federal Single Payer System that covers every citizen and legal resident. The only significant problem that our Canadian and British neighbor have with their system is the reluctance of their legislators to fund their program, which is similarly the only major problem our own Veteran’s Administration and Medicare programs have. It is historical, even biblical, that man willingly raids his neighbors orchard, but is reluctant to tend to his own.

With a Federal Single Payer System Medicaid should be eliminated and those services and costs would be assimilated, relieving State and Municipal budget problems. Further, all businesses, large and small would be relieved of the burden of health care costs, and would thus be able to compete much more fairly in both the domestic and the International Marketplace.

Like our present Medicare System, the only involvement in the administration could be handled by using Private Insurance Company-Like entities being contracted to manage the program, as with Medicare following Fair Practices as prescribed law. It is a LIE to refer to it as a Government Takeover.

Yes we would all pay taxes to support this system. And, I Believe, we must return to a Graduated/Progressive income tax system similar to what we had prior to Ronald Reagan’s destructive/disastrous adventure. The Health Care Costs would be covered by and expanded FICA tax that would similarly be progressive with no caps. The tax rates would be adjusted up or down to cover costs plus a reserve. (Means testing would be applied to protect those at with low or no incomes. Further those with criminally or morally corrupt contributory negligence would be restricted to only hospice level care.

‘Over Reaching’ or just absurdly unsound Judicial Judgment???

Bravo to our President, Barack Obama on the totality of his ‘State Of The Union’ message last night.

The Republican response by Governor McDonald was, in my opinion, a sickening/disgusting ‘canned’ and twisted logic that in effect was a pack of lies.

In years past I was very pleased with the news and analysis coverage of Fox News; but since the silencing of Allen Combs, and the arrival of Glen Beck, the ensuing unrelenting tirades of Beck and Hannity have taken on a sickening twist that dominates almost every other member of the staff.  A notable and pleasant exception is  Shepard Smith.

I do grant that, in my opinion, Beck, and occasionally Hannity present (Hijack) some very meaningful and useful historical facts and analysis, but, I believe, when immersed in their Exaggerated and Hateful discourses, their presentations become very destructive to our collective National Interests.  Virtually  every other Fox Reporter, Commentator and Analyst (most of whom are newly  ‘self appointed experts – that is they are not experts at all’) then mirror Beck and Hannity’s  unreasonable negativity.

President Obama tactfully and clearly identified some real truths in his message last night!   However, what he did not bring out was that even previous to ‘Roberts’, going back to ‘Roe vs Wade’ our Supreme Court has been ‘Over Reaching’; finding for example ‘a right to privacy’ that justifies the murder of children in their mother’s womb, even through Partial-Birth-Abortion.

I contend there is in our U.S. Constitution no such ‘right to privacy’ that would shield any unlawful or immoral conduct (Such as purportedly found in ‘Roe vs Wade’).  Nor is there any such right (1^st Amendment or otherwise) to ‘Free Speech’ (for any Individual or ‘Corporation’) that damages or endangers the individual or collective rights of any U.S. Citizen; I believe is it sheer buffoonery to find any Company or Corporation entity to have any such rights .

Further, I contend that the Judeo-Christian Bible is Clearly the source our founding fathers envisioned for the definition of Moral Conduct  and Authority which is implicitly found in our U.S. Constitution.

Accordingly, I believe President Obama is dead wrong on advocating for acceptance of homosexuality which is by any reasoned standard a thoroughly disgusting, unsafe and immoral conduct.  His position introduces an impossible demand on all military and police leadership, in-fact throughout the entire social fabric of our Nation:  It will lead to total chaos.  Just the facial expressions of all the Military leaders sitting there last night is a clear indication of the impossible position they are now placed in.  Now retired General Pace is an example of what will now happen.  This decision by President Obama will have absolutely certain and tragic consequences for this Nation and for all/each of us.

Hey, If ‘This’ business was any easier, it wouldn’t  be worth doing because everybody else would be doing it too!  (A blessing in disguise!)

My thought for today:  Stupid is as Stupid does!

Are you one of these STUPID people? Do you think I am THE STUPID ONE?  Ok, tell me what you THINK!

(Re:  Health Care, Single Payer etc.)   Think about it:  The American Colonists fought for their freedom from England (The Boston Tea Party) because they claimed they were fighting against ‘Taxation Without Representation’. Maybe that was a fact, then maybe it was not a fact!  What I do think is our problem with government today is that ‘Big Business/Big Money’ Interests, and their ‘Lackeys’, (which includes just about all ‘Tea Party’ Members and their ‘Fellow Travelers, Such as Megan Kelly, Steve Deuce and just about all of the whole Fox News crew)  are objecting to paying any taxes at all.

Ronald Reagan, a lousy actor turned ‘simpleton’ politician, with his Proposition 13, started this ‘Snow Ball’ rolling  in California; bankrupting that State and then did the same thing to our Federal Government.  In my mind they are simply Anarchists Traitors, who are will destroying our nation for their respective moments of fame and short-term fortunes.  They have ‘mortally wounded’  The Goose that was laying the Golden Eggs that was funding our economy.  They are the responsible agents and enablers that created/caused our present economic crisis.

A continuing LIE from these people is that we can not afford a Federal ‘Single Payer’ Health Care System: This is not true; a Federal Single Payer would in fact save a great deal of money, and be able to provide total coverage for every U.S. citizen.  It would also take a tremendous burden of the shoulders of American Businesses, small and large, allowing the U.S. a more competitive Buy cheap Accutane Online position in the World Economy. Our present health care system is terribly wasteful and is very simply a HUGE CRIMINAL ENTERPR|ISE sponsored by Legislative Corruption, the American Medical Association (Doctors and Hospitals), ABA (the American Bar Association) Lawyers, Insurance Companies and their Agents, ‘Big Pharma’, and Media Giants such as Fox News and their Fellow Traveler.

From the 1970’s forward a portion of my lively hood was selling health insurance.  I left that Business in the 1990’s when I could no longer stomach the personal economic and emotional tragedies that system imposes on the public.  For example, about two and half years  ago one of my neighbors who is a retired Allstate insurance agent’s wife, a retired school teacher came down with ovarian cancer; then, about three months ago Allstate cancelled their health insurance policy.

It is a fact, like Canada and Great Britain, the Single Payer System fails if our Legislators refuse to fund it.  We simply must return to a Graduated/Progressive Income Tax, as we had before Ronald Reagan, Bush I & II, and Henry Kissinger, came on the scene.  It is only fair and reasonable that those who profit from our system of government should pay in proportion to their profit from and within that system.  It is also a fact that the Reagan/Bush tax reductions did not and will never trickle down into our domestic economy; These ‘Big Monsters’ simply use their tax saving to take our Manufacturing and  jobs ‘Off Shore’, and further unfairly compete against our domestic businesses.  ‘Reagan/Bush I & II, and Kissinger knew exactly what they were doing, and knew that their ‘Trickle Down’ theory was simply a STUPID LIE.

I have been continually amazed at how STUPID MIDDLE AMERICANS, and the Likes of  Fox News, their LACKEYS and their ‘TEA PARTYERS’ and fellow travelers are; simply refuse to see what they are doing to our Nation.

Bravo U.S. Senator Harry Reid:  Isn’t it refreshing to have this man doing for us AMERICAN Citizens ‘What Is Right’; doing the will of we the people versus BIG BUSINESS INTERESTS with their bought LOBBYISTS and POLITICIANS who continue to sell their souls and votes for $$$$$-Dollars, in the face of what, I believe, are such criminally outrageous criticism, twisted logic, distortions and innuendos that in effect become outright lies by (News Makers) the likes of Sean Hannity, Glen Beck and the many other Fox News’ Lackeys and their willfully ignorant and irresponsible ‘Tea Party’ ‘fellow travelers’: Collectively, these Anarchistic and Hateful individuals willing destroy our Nation in order to achieve their respective moments of fame!  I believer they Cheap Cialis effectively are traitors and should be prosecuted as such; they have been the perpetrators of our present economic and social crisis, not Barack Obama!  Yes, I too am frightened by many of Now President Barack Obama’s affiliations, policies, staffing selections and the like; but as a registered republican I have been thoroughly disgusted over the past roughly four decades with the absolutely corrupt moral and political leadership that has lead up to our present economic crisis – not that different, I fear, than that of pre-Hitler Germany.  Again, I Say BRAVO to Harry Reid and what I hope is a sane majority of our U.S. Congress.

Within the span of my life, I have observed a dramatic and even alarming change in the Social, Political, Economic and Theological aspects of thought and values in the United States and even Worldwide; some of which I believe are very dangerous and challenging; some even threatening the very essence and Provigil pharmacy being of our Great Nation of The United States Of America.  (See my website: http://www.HermanOsborne.com.)

It is certainly disappointing to observe the paranoia exhibited by commentators such as  Fox New’s Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity as they consistently attack the idea that anyone should have to pay taxes to support the United States Government.  And Mike Huckabee dodges that bullet by advocating a ‘Fair Tax’ which, to my knowledge, he has never really explained.  They, to my knowledge, have never challenged the perverse immorality of our Corporate, that is, ‘Wall Street’ “Money Changers’, and many of our Political leaders who have and continue to ruthlessly plundered our nations ‘God Given” resources.  They have now silenced the voice of Moral Honesty and Social Decency presented by Allen Colmes, formerly of ‘Hannity and Colmes’

Particularly, beginning with the Presidency of Richard Nixon, and then with the Presidencies of Ronald Reagan and Bush I and Bush II monopolies have and continue to be tolerated, even encouraged, placing virtually all or our critical national resources under the control of now Internationally Controlled Conglomerates who’s sole interest is in their own short-term profiteering with no concern for U.S. Citizens. They are devoid of any moral responsibility, and have no concern that their conduct is self-destructive; they are killing ‘The Goose That Lays The Golden Eggs’ which They Have  Profited From.

The Judeo-Christian Bible, even if viewed only as a historical document, reveals to any reader the fact that ‘Our Christian God’, who I believe guided the creation of this United States of America as a predominately Christian Society, simply cannot and will not permit this presently degenerate society to continue to exist in its present form. He warned ‘Nineveh’ and those people relented and returned to worship (HIM) God for another 400 years, after which they returned to their wicked ways and then those people were eradicated totally.  Can we expect to be treated any differently????
