‘Over Reaching’ or just absurdly unsound Judicial Judgment???

Bravo to our President, Barack Obama on the totality of his ‘State Of The Union’ message last night.

The Republican response by Governor McDonald was, in my opinion, a sickening/disgusting ‘canned’ and twisted logic that in effect was a pack of lies.

In years past I was very pleased with the news and analysis coverage of Fox News; but since the silencing of Allen Combs, and the arrival of Glen Beck, the ensuing unrelenting tirades of Beck and Hannity have taken on a sickening twist that dominates almost every other member of the staff.  A notable and pleasant exception is  Shepard Smith.

I do grant that, in my opinion, Beck, and occasionally Hannity present (Hijack) some very meaningful and useful historical facts and analysis, but, I believe, when immersed in their Exaggerated and Hateful discourses, their presentations become very destructive to our collective National Interests.  Virtually  every other Fox Reporter, Commentator and Analyst (most of whom are newly  ‘self appointed experts – that is they are not experts at all’) then mirror Beck and Hannity’s  unreasonable negativity.

President Obama tactfully and clearly identified some real truths in his message last night!   However, what he did not bring out was that even previous to ‘Roberts’, going back to ‘Roe vs Wade’ our Supreme Court has been ‘Over Reaching’; finding for example ‘a right to privacy’ that justifies the murder of children in their mother’s womb, even through Partial-Birth-Abortion.

I contend there is in our U.S. Constitution no such ‘right to privacy’ that would shield any unlawful or immoral conduct (Such as purportedly found in ‘Roe vs Wade’).  Nor is there any such right (1^st Amendment or otherwise) to ‘Free Speech’ (for any Individual or ‘Corporation’) that damages or endangers the individual or collective rights of any U.S. Citizen; I believe is it sheer buffoonery to find any Company or Corporation entity to have any such rights .

Further, I contend that the Judeo-Christian Bible is Clearly the source our founding fathers envisioned for the definition of Moral Conduct  and Authority which is implicitly found in our U.S. Constitution.

Accordingly, I believe President Obama is dead wrong on advocating for acceptance of homosexuality which is by any reasoned standard a thoroughly disgusting, unsafe and immoral conduct.  His position introduces an impossible demand on all military and police leadership, in-fact throughout the entire social fabric of our Nation:  It will lead to total chaos.  Just the facial expressions of all the Military leaders sitting there last night is a clear indication of the impossible position they are now placed in.  Now retired General Pace is an example of what will now happen.  This decision by President Obama will have absolutely certain and tragic consequences for this Nation and for all/each of us.

Hey, If ‘This’ business was any easier, it wouldn’t  be worth doing because everybody else would be doing it too!  (A blessing in disguise!)

My thought for today:  Stupid is as Stupid does!

Are you one of these STUPID people? Do you think I am THE STUPID ONE?  Ok, tell me what you THINK!

(Re:  Health Care, Single Payer etc.)   Think about it:  The American Colonists fought for their freedom from England (The Boston Tea Party) because they claimed they were fighting against ‘Taxation Without Representation’. Maybe that was a fact, then maybe it was not a fact!  What I do think is our problem with government today is that ‘Big Business/Big Money’ Interests, and their ‘Lackeys’, (which includes just about all ‘Tea Party’ Members and their ‘Fellow Travelers, Such as Megan Kelly, Steve Deuce and just about all of the whole Fox News crew)  are objecting to paying any taxes at all.

Ronald Reagan, a lousy actor turned ‘simpleton’ politician, with his Proposition 13, started this ‘Snow Ball’ rolling  in California; bankrupting that State and then did the same thing to our Federal Government.  In my mind they are simply Anarchists Traitors, who are will destroying our nation for their respective moments of fame and short-term fortunes.  They have ‘mortally wounded’  The Goose that was laying the Golden Eggs that was funding our economy.  They are the responsible agents and enablers that created/caused our present economic crisis.

A continuing LIE from these people is that we can not afford a Federal ‘Single Payer’ Health Care System: This is not true; a Federal Single Payer would in fact save a great deal of money, and be able to provide total coverage for every U.S. citizen.  It would also take a tremendous burden of the shoulders of American Businesses, small and large, allowing the U.S. a more competitive position in the World Economy. Our present health care system is terribly wasteful and is very simply a HUGE CRIMINAL ENTERPR|ISE sponsored by Legislative Corruption, the American Medical Association (Doctors and Hospitals), ABA (the American Bar Association) Lawyers, Insurance Companies and their Agents, ‘Big Pharma’, and Media Giants such as Fox News and their Fellow Traveler.

From the 1970’s forward a portion of my lively hood was selling health insurance.  I left that Business in the 1990’s when I could no longer stomach the personal economic and emotional tragedies that system imposes on the public.  For example, about two and half years  ago one of my neighbors who is a retired Allstate insurance agent’s wife, a retired school teacher came down with ovarian cancer; then, about three months ago Allstate cancelled their health insurance policy.

It is a fact, like Canada and Great Britain, the Single Payer System fails if our Legislators refuse to fund it.  We simply must return to a Graduated/Progressive Income Tax, as we had before Ronald Reagan, Bush I & II, and Henry Kissinger, came on the scene.  It is only fair and reasonable that those who profit from our system of government should pay in proportion to their profit from and within that system.  It is also a fact that the Reagan/Bush tax reductions did not and will never trickle down into our domestic economy; These ‘Big Monsters’ simply use their tax saving to take our Manufacturing and  jobs ‘Off Shore’, and further unfairly compete against our domestic businesses.  ‘Reagan/Bush I & II, and Kissinger knew exactly what they were doing, and knew that their ‘Trickle Down’ theory was simply a STUPID LIE.

I have been continually amazed at how STUPID MIDDLE AMERICANS, and the Likes of  Fox News, their LACKEYS and their ‘TEA PARTYERS’ and fellow travelers are; simply refuse to see what they are doing to our Nation.

Bravo U.S. Senator Harry Reid:  Isn’t it refreshing to have this man doing for us AMERICAN Citizens ‘What Is Right’; doing the will of we the people versus BIG BUSINESS INTERESTS with their bought LOBBYISTS and POLITICIANS who continue to sell their souls and votes for $$$$$-Dollars, in the face of what, I believe, are such criminally outrageous criticism, twisted logic, distortions and innuendos that in effect become outright lies by (News Makers) the likes of Sean Hannity, Glen Beck and the many other Fox News’ Lackeys and their willfully ignorant and irresponsible ‘Tea Party’ ‘fellow travelers’: Collectively, these Anarchistic and Hateful individuals willing destroy our Nation in order to achieve their respective moments of fame!  I believer they effectively are traitors and should be prosecuted as such; they have been the perpetrators of our present economic and social crisis, not Barack Obama!  Yes, I too am frightened by many of Now President Barack Obama’s affiliations, policies, staffing selections and the like; but as a registered republican I have been thoroughly disgusted over the past roughly four decades with the absolutely corrupt moral and political leadership that has lead up to our present economic crisis – not that different, I fear, than that of pre-Hitler Germany.  Again, I Say BRAVO to Harry Reid and what I hope is a sane majority of our U.S. Congress.

Within the span of my life, I have observed a dramatic and even alarming change in the Social, Political, Economic and Theological aspects of thought and values in the United States and even Worldwide; some of which I believe are very dangerous and challenging; some even threatening the very essence and being of our Great Nation of The United States Of America.  (See my website: http://www.HermanOsborne.com.)

It is certainly disappointing to observe the paranoia exhibited by commentators such as  Fox New’s Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity as they consistently attack the idea that anyone should have to pay taxes to support the United States Government.  And Mike Huckabee dodges that bullet by advocating a ‘Fair Tax’ which, to my knowledge, he has never really explained.  They, to my knowledge, have never challenged the perverse immorality of our Corporate, that is, ‘Wall Street’ “Money Changers’, and many of our Political leaders who have and continue to ruthlessly plundered our nations ‘God Given” resources.  They have now silenced the voice of Moral Honesty and Social Decency presented by Allen Colmes, formerly of ‘Hannity and Colmes’

Particularly, beginning with the Presidency of Richard Nixon, and then with the Presidencies of Ronald Reagan and Bush I and Bush II monopolies have and continue to be tolerated, even encouraged, placing virtually all or our critical national resources under the control of now Internationally Controlled Conglomerates who’s sole interest is in their own short-term profiteering with no concern for U.S. Citizens. They are devoid of any moral responsibility, and have no concern that their conduct is self-destructive; they are killing ‘The Goose That Lays The Golden Eggs’ which They Have  Profited From.

The Judeo-Christian Bible, even if viewed only as a historical document, reveals to any reader the fact that ‘Our Christian God’, who I believe guided the creation of this United States of America as a predominately Christian Society, simply cannot and will not permit this presently degenerate society to continue to exist in its present form. He warned ‘Nineveh’ and those people relented and returned to worship (HIM) God for another 400 years, after which they returned to their wicked ways and then those people were eradicated totally.  Can we expect to be treated any differently????
